Bradek Acquires Inke.com Creates Inke Shopping Agent

New York, NY — February 8, 2007. — Bradek Corporation., one of the leading applications and systems development services firms in the U.S.,, announced today that it has acquired the intellectual property assets of Inke.com., a technology leader in the online shopping marketplace. Building on the acquired technology, Bradek will create Inke Shopping Agent a Dynamic Pricing Engine that enables online shoppers to identify a comprehensive list of shopping information through a comparison-shopping engine. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
