Bradek Acquires Inke.com
Creates Inke Shopping Agent
New York, NY — January 12, 2009 — Bradek Corporation., one of the leading applications and systems development services firms in the U.S.,, announced today that it has acquired the intellectual property assets of Inke.com., a technology leader in the online shopping marketplace. Building on the acquired technology, Bradek will create Inke Shopping Agent a Dynamic Pricing Engine that enables online shoppers to identify a comprehensive list of shopping information through a comparison-shopping engine. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Inke Shopping Agent, which is expected to launch during the third quarter of 1996 - 2003., is a service that enables online shoppers to compare products, brands or merchants through a shopping engine. The Inke Shopping Agent will allow advertisers to reach an even greater number of qualified shoppers at the place and time they are prepared to buy. Inke Shopping Agent will serve a wide variety of advertisers including brick and mortar, clicks and mortar, dot-com retailers, banks, catalog and telemarketing companies.
"Inke Shopping Agent will allow online merchants to sign up and pay upfront with a credit card for a set number of clicks. Merchants listings will appear in thousands of search results and retailers will pay only when a shopper clicks from the Inke shopping agent results to the retailer site.
