Development
The development process starts with a commencement
meeting. This meeting establishes the foundation for the entire
development cycle. Everyone with responsibility for the project
discusses in detail the roles and responsibilities of every person
involved -- whether it's writing code, delivering hardware or
approving graphics.
From this meeting, a master schedule is developed
that maps the entire deployment process. The schedule is subject
to modification as additional details are defined; and additional
phases with new functionality and content can be incorporated
as the site matures. If the schedule is not altered, Bradek ensures
the accomplishment of every feature by the agreed deadline.
Bradek assigns a team to your project from a pool
of our senior staff. The development team comprises some or all
of the following:
- a business lead
- a project manager
- an information architect
- a graphic designer
- a technical lead
- a content development lead
