Job Description
Directly manages a staff of producers or associate producers.
Responsible for leading the creative direction of a number of
channels and providing leadership in all areas that make a channel
successful: business development, creative, data analysis, content,
strategy, and technical support. Will help drive content and sponsorship
deals with business development, and may be responsible for developing
comprehensive business plans. Responsible for setting team priorities
and allocating assigned design and production engineering resources.
Will be required to report progress frequently to senior management
of the company.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have significant related experience
in software product development or Internet content development.

Requirements
2+ years experience in design; degree in fine arts or graphic
design or equivalent experience required. Thorough working knowledge

is essential.

Sales analyst
Job Description
Manage a specific geographic territory for sales, insuring
that all contracts are complete and meet the sales and finance
department requirements and specifications. In addition, the sales
analyst will be responsible for the daily distribution and bi-monthly
reconciliation of these contracts. The sales analyst will maintain
an accurate database of all incoming contracts, including pricing
and product information which is used to generate weekly and monthly
sales reports for sales management. In this role, the sales analyst
will communicate regularly with members of the sales team as well
as finance. In this role, the sales analyst will work as a liaison
between sales and finance on all matters relating to billing and
credit and collections.
Requirements
1-2 years sales experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience. Excellent accuracy, communication and time management
skills are critical in this role. At least two to three years
of experience working with numbers or accounting is required preferably
in a sales environment. Must be detailed-oriented, Internet savvy
and proficient in Excel.
